The factory chuck has been removed from the drill and replaced with a stainless extension and Jacobs chuck resulting in a ready-to-charge and use power driver.

This combination is an affordable and simple alternative to expensive power orthopedic equipment and is capable of driving multiple ESF pins on a single charge. Chuck will grip from 0.5mm to 7.0mm diameters.

  • 12V lithium ion battery provides power as long as you need it
  • Smart charge system maintains spare battery in ready state
  • Spare hot-swap battery included
  • Excellent low RPM torque for slow external fixation pin insertion
  • True variable-speed control covers a range of drilling applications

The drill is not autoclavable but is commonly combined with an autoclavable drill shroud and extended chuck to provide a sterile field.
