SK Hybrid ESF Connecting Rod

 

A smooth connecting rod with one end containing threads for coupling SK ESF clamps with components of the IMEX Circular ESF System. SK hybrid rods are available in three sizes based on the corresponding SK clamp being selected.

Mini SK hybrid rods function with mini hybrid components while small SK hybrid rods function with standard size hybrid components.

Mini SK Hybrid ESF Connecting Rods
The major, smooth portion of this rod supports mini SK clamps with its 3.2 mm diameter. One end of the rod has 4mm threads for coupling with IMEX Miniature Circular ESF System components. Hybrid frames utilize circular ESF technology for very small fracture segments without the complexity of a complete circular ESF frame. Additional use of paired spherical nuts and washers allow postoperative manipulation to fine-tune reduction. Easily cut to desired length. 

Small SK Hybrid ESF Connecting Rods
The major, smooth portion of this rod supports small SK clamps with its 6.3 mm diameter. One end of the rod has 6 mm threads for coupling with IMEX Circular ESF System components. Hybrid frames utilize circular ESF technology for very small fracture segments without the complexity of a complete circular frame. Additional use of paired spherical nuts and washers allow postoperative manipulation to fine-tune reduction. These rods are available in length increments of 50 mm to 250 mm overall length.
