Presented by the Colorado VMA, this external skeletal fixation course is a combination of lecture and hands-on laboratory designed to introduce primary care and shelter veterinarians to the world of ExFix. Participants will learn ExFix application techniques, how ExFix can expand their fracture treatment capabilities, and how to make treatment decisions that include identifying when to avoid ExFix as a repair method.
This is an advanced course taught by faculty with experience spanning over 30 years and designed for veterinary surgeons, surgical residents and practitioners with a high level of orthopedic interest and skill.
